As part of RBC’s ongoing commitment to workplace diversity, our U.S. Diversity Leadership Council (DLC), in partnership with our Employee Resource Groups, cordially invite you to apply for a spot at our inaugural RBC Diverse Career Connections event. This event, curated for Black Financial Markets professionals both inside and outside RBC Capital Markets, will provide attendees the forum to learn about potential career opportunities in our Global Markets business lines, and network with current RBC trading professionals and leaders.

Our session will kick off with an overview of RBC Capital Markets, followed by a panel discussion featuring senior leaders from our Global Markets business, including, Equities, FICC (Spread & Macros) and Central Funding.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Self-identify as a Black Financial Markets professional
  • Have a minimum of two years of Financial Markets experience, and a demonstrated understanding of the industry
  • Possess a proven ability to develop and maintain internal and external business relationships
  • Be collaborative and able to place a priority on teamwork, demonstrating a willingness to reach across all businesses to achieve optimal results
  • Be resourceful and strategic
  • Possess a proven ability to develop, maintain and effectively communicate with internal and external business relationships
  • Be detail-focused with strong organizational skills
  • Be highly motivated to work in an innovative and collegial environment
