The Port of Portland is a gateway to the globe, we operate multiple airports, marine terminals and business parks that connect people and passengers, drive economic growth and improve our region’s quality of life. The Debt, Cash & Investments Program Manager will manage and monitor the Port’s debt, cash and investments, including helping to plan for and manage all phases in the lifecycle of the Port’s debt issuances and outstanding debt portfolio.
We are looking for someone that can work independently to invest Port cash and to strategically manage the liquidity needs of the organization ensuring all portfolios maximize returns while remaining in compliance. The successful candidate will manage all banking, trustee and broker contracts, and act as a subject matter expert to advise departments on financing and banking needs.
