3rd Annual WPF Golf Outing
While there were some die-hard souls that stood up to the high winds and cool temps
blowing in from Lake Michigan.... the fair weather golfers decided to head inside
and trade in their golf clubs for bowling balls. As you can see we had a great time
at the first annual "rain date" alternative to golf.
Don’t worry you can always join in next year for golf if the weather is nice
and bowling if it isn't.

Women in Public Finance welcome the opportunity to reach out to community organizations
to share their business experience and mentor young women. On Friday, April 13th
several WPF Executive Board members hosted a leadership meeting with members of
the Girls Advisory Board of the Girls in the Game organization. Girls in the Game
has promoted the development of leadership, fitness and health to more than 13,000
girls in the Chicagoland area.
The girls led the meeting with in-depth questions for the Board about finance, careers
and life experiences. We were also able to assist them with budgeting and planning
for their annual summer event. The leadership meeting was a wonderful experience
for everyone who participated.
