The Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization and it includes six elected officers - President, two Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, and Secretary. The 16 members of the board represent a diverse group of women professionals from the public finance community.

Women in Public Finance is currently accepting letters of interest from women interested in being named to the Board of Directors for Women in Public Finance for a term beginning January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2011.
