Responsible for the functions listed below. They should exhibit strong knowledge of contents of loan documentation, typical industry standards for deal structure and demonstrate ability to complete a full credit analysis with some assistance from more Senior Credit PM’s.  Position works under the direct supervision of more senior staff and may perform less complicated aspects of the credit/portfolio management process than senior staff.  Position must continually refine the skill set necessary for managing a loan portfolio.  They may perform routine credit analysis or assist a more senior staff member through research and preparation of information related to the business, industry or transaction.  Support Registered Representative’s in duties related to BTMUS.

This role supports both UB and HQA clients and as such related policies and procedures across both entities will be followed during the interim period.
